Compass Insurance go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction when disaster strikes.

Account Executive Gareth Thomas proudly went out to meet the Davidson’s after the Compass team, alongside Riverside Caravan Park in Bentham, replaced a unit following a total loss claim due to a fire. Even during these unprecedented times with strict social distancing being adhered to, this didn’t stop Compass from offering a first-class service in partnership with the park and its owner Thomas Marshall.

“It was a pleasure to be able to bring joy back into our park’s customers’ lives so quickly with such an amazing team effort during this claim.” said Gareth.

Mr and Mrs Davidson gleefully commented: “We just can’t believe how quickly Riverside and the Compass teams sprung into action in handling our claim and in helping us to sort out our lovely replacement holiday home. Thank you.”
