The services we provide, the relationships we have with our parks, dealers and brokers and the health of our employees are of the utmost importance to Compass. As such, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak alongside guidance provided by the UK Government.
Compass plans to continue servicing your insurance needs and have robustly tested our systems and have put a multi-stage contingency plan into place should the need for it becomes apparent.

We’ve have launched a dedicated telephone line for our park customers to reach us on. Please call 0344 274 0276 to get through to the commercial team.
We fully intend to maintain a normal service, but it is possible that call waiting times and quote turn-around could be affected. Our main priority will be to maintain service levels for existing customers. We will manage policyholder requirements in the following order:
