Compass Service Update – Covid-19 (Coronavirus)

The services we provide, the relationships we have with our parks, dealers and brokers and the health of our employees are of the utmost importance to Compass. As such, we have been closely monitoring the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak alongside guidance provided by the UK Government and the World Health Organisation.

Compass plans to continue servicing your insurance needs and have robustly tested our systems and have put a multistage contingency plan into place should the need for it becomes apparent.

Account Executives (AEs)
We have temporarily suspended all park visits, but our AEs are fully contactable by phone or email should you have any questions or concerns.

Gloucester office team
We fully intend to maintain a normal service, but it is possible that call waiting times and quote turn-around could be affected. Our main priority will be to maintain service levels for existing customers. We will manage policyholder requirements in the following order:

1) Claims
2) Renewals
3) New Business
4) MTAs

We will keep you fully informed of any changes to our operations via social media and our websites.
