The dedicated and experienced in-house Compass claims team will manage your claims from beginning to end. We work with a network of specialist salvagers, repairers and suppliers.

We liaise closely with Appointed Representatives on every claim, allowing you to support your customers at the times that they need it most.

Compass Major Incident Hotline

Our Hotline sets the benchmark for crisis response. If a major incident occurs on your park, such as a fire or flood, our trained experts will aim to be on-site within 24 hours.

This facility is available to all Compass-insured park businesses and those that operate our AR & IAR schemes. Our objective is to get parks and their customers back up and running in the shortest possible time.
