Minimising the risk of loss/damage to privately-owned holiday caravans/lodges and hire fleet

Many of you will have taken steps to close your doors to your customers for the foreseeable future due to the Coronavirus outbreak.

At the same time, most of you will have re-connected your private caravan/lodge owners to utility supplies. You may have also connected up any hire fleet units that you operate.

We have no way of knowing when private owners may be able to return to their holiday caravans/lodges; nor when parks will be able to welcome guests back into their hire fleet accommodation.

In the meantime, any unoccupied unit which is connected to utility supplies is at risk of loss or damage that may go unnoticed for some time. For example, if a water pipe bursts, significant water damage could occur before the leak is detected.
